Mark A. Basham

Mark A. Basham was elected to a four year term as Santa Fe County Probate Judge commencing January 1, 2007. He was the former City Attorney for the City of Santa Fe and is presently in private practice when not performing his probate court duties. He is a graduate of the Santa Fe public school system, Princeton University and the University of New Mexico School of Law.

Monday: Closed (Clerk's Office can assist)
Tuesday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm (Closed in morning - Clerk's Office can assist)
Wednesday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm (Closed in morning - Clerk's Office can assist)
Thursday: Closed (Clerk's Office can assist)
Friday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm (Closed in morning - Clerk's Office can assist)

Probate Judge Hours:
Wednesday and Friday 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm
Scheduled appointments are recommended.

Costs:
Probate Cases: $30 (less than 3 years - call about exceptions)
